As a professional lighting designer, Diana Ades has a diverse background in multiple disciplines, including architecture, theatre, and art, which provides clientele with a wealth of talent for their lighting needs. Her lighting approach weaves a delicate balance between space and light, improving an environment’s function while heightening an inhabitant’s experience. She has enjoyed a career in the lighting industry for 25+ years and has received multiple local and national awards for her work in various cities across the nation and abroad. Diana’s projects have been featured in publications such as Architectural Record, VM+SD, Hospitality Design and the New York Times. She has served the lighting community as former Vice President of the IES Richmond Section and has been a longstanding member for over 10 years. When she’s not engrossed in a lighting scheme, Diana is inspired by nature on many long runs and on excursions with her family and friends.
