Upon entering the lobby of this multi-family residential tower, guests are greeted by a display of fine art, which we grazed with soft washes of light in an approach similar to an art gallery. Warm, comfortable illumination emanates from cove lighting above, while decorative fixtures add visual interest periodically throughout the space. We gave the communal amenity floor a crisp, clean look, utilizing glowing cove lighting and decorative pendants throughout. An appealing halo effect around the large-screen TV on the back wall adds a modern touch. Similarly, micro wall washers make the bold wall mural pop in the casual lounge and reading space. We also designed illumination for the rooftop deck, including landscape lighting and accents in other amenity features such as grill stands.
