From its striking exterior to its comprehensive amenity floors, our team collaborated with the architecture itself to design subtle, sophisticated lighting throughout. The main lobby features custom details, such as integrated millwork elements highlighting mailboxes and a halo effect around the reception desk.
The building’s exterior is a colorful visual feast from street level, with an amenity deck ceiling featuring a bespoke mural by a local artist. This mural was lit with great care, with the intent that none of the uplighting fixtures would interfere with the building’s profile when viewed from the street. Our team designed custom brackets and optimized each fixture before placing them in structurally concealed locations to discreetly illuminate the art.
